I am not a great mixologist. But I love to experiment using garden fresh vegetables and fruits to create the perfect Summer cocktail.
The idea of adding beet juice was a plus for me, I don’t tend to enjoy drinks on the sweeter side. Beet juice is a great additive because it adds an earthy, rich flavor. I also like using muddled cucumber or cucumber juice. It is refreshing and simple so the combination does not overwhelm the cocktail.
The liquor is a no-brainer, tequila and freshly squeezed lime juice are a match made in heaven. You can also try this drink with vodka and a little fresh squeezed lemon juice. Or add some soda water to make it a refreshing spritzer cocktail!

- 2 Ounces of blanco tequila
- 1 Ounce fresh beet juice
- 3/4 Ounce Simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce fresh cucumber juice
- 1/2 ounce of fresh lime juice
- 1 Cucumber ribbon for garnish
- Ice
Instructions
Shack all ingredients together with ice and strain
Fill glassware with ice and pour
Garnish with herbs
