When I think of summer I think of Rosé. A glass of cold Rosé is perfect to quench your thirst on a warm, sunny day. It’s also perfect to pair with summer meals because it’s so light and refreshing.

The light taste of Rosé in the form of a popsicle is cool and a wonderful added touch to a summer dinner party. This twist on the traditional glass of wine can really add a special touch to any gathering.

Drink trends are always heightened in the summer. As of late, Frozé has been making a splash, which is essentially just Rosé in a “slushee” form! You can easily use this recipe to make your own Frozé. Simply add ice, Rosé, and the below ingredients and blend. If you don’t want to dilute the alcohol content, just blend the popsicle blocks after freezing, and add some garnishes.

I love Miraval Côtes de Provence. Did you know Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie own this company? At around $23, you can’t go wrong. And don’t be deterred by it being celebrity owned. This rose is light, and sweet but also slightly acidic, and comes in a beautiful bottle. It’s also organic! If you want to really feel like you’re in the South of France, pair it with a Summer Nicoise Salad.

If you’re burnt out and a little tired of Rosé… get a little creative and try this recipe with Orange Wine!
