I recently was given the honor to be an ambassador for one of my favorite companies, Ladi Biosas! I had the pleasure of selling their decedent olive oils in my pop-up shop during the holiday season. It flew off the shelves — I couldn’t keep it in stock! It is easy for me to promote and partner with a company that has the integrity of Ladi Biosas.

Ladi Biosas is a family owned company produces Award Winning olive oil from their own orchards located in Messinia at Kefalovryso village (near Kalamata) in the Southern Peninsula of Peloponnese region. Ladi Biosas uses zero chemicals during their processing, and it’s organic. Extra virgin olive oil comes from the first pressing which allows the olive oil to have a beautiful, potent aroma and flavorful taste. Ladi Biosas is also rightfully very proud of their packaging (they’ve won design awards, too!), and this bottle is a beautiful addition to any kitchen.

Today, I used Ladi Biosas infused olive oil with a taste of orange, this was the perfect finishing oil for a Winter Citrus Salad. The oil complimented the variety of citrus flavors and gave it the extra savory flavor that the salad needed.

Notes

This is a simple dish and is paired perfectly with fish. I love this salad during the long winter months, it adds a fresh light flavor to any perfect winter meal. The honey in the dressing help add a sweet flavor, but do not over add...it will be too sweet Reserve any extra citrus juice and pour it over the finished salad
